Talent Board Announces EMEA and APAC Winners of 2017 North American Candidate Experience Awards
SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the promotion and benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, today revealed the winners of the 2017 EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards. More than 100 companies combined registered to participate in the 2017 EMEA and APAC CandE Awards program, which ultimately collected the thoughts and experiences of over 40,000 job candidates.
Winners were identified through a blind data analysis based on their job candidates' satisfaction survey scores. To qualify, each company committed to a statistically significant candidate response rate, where the proportion of respondents not hired met or exceeded a set standard. Multiple factors in the data summaries were considered in the final analysis, four key questions about the candidates' overall ranking of their candidate experience, the likelihood that the candidates would reapply, the likelihood that the candidates would refer others, and whether or not candidates would maintain their business status relationship with the employer. The 15 EMEA winners and 10 APAC winners are organizations that received the highest positive candidate experience ratings in 2017.
