GreenPath Financial Wellness Makes Award-Winning Culture Shift to Help People Lead Financially Healthy Lives

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- An intentional effort to advance workplace culture has resulted in GreenPath Financial Wellness earning three significant talent awards in the last 10 months. Each award honors GreenPath for its workplace culture and practices.

GreenPath is a national, nonprofit organization that has made a strategic pivot from primarily providing financial crisis support to a much broader view of financial wellness that meets people's needs at every stage of life.

To reach this goal, GreenPath has created a cultural shift embracing empathy and compassion that is expressed outwardly to its clients. GreenPath promotes a supportive culture that cares for the emotional wellness of it staff. In November, GreenPath was honored in the mid-size category in the Detroit Free Press Top Workplaces 2017 competition. Companies are independently evaluated based on employee nominations and survey results.
