SendGrid Receives Top Rankings as a Great Place to Work by Comparably


DENVER, Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- SendGrid, Inc. (NYSE:SEND), a leading digital communications platform, today announced that it was ranked eighth among Comparably's Top 50 Best Places to Work list for small and midsize companies. SendGrid's CEO Sameer Dholakia was also ranked number one on the list of Best CEOs from small and mid-size companies and the company was included in the top 25 lists for Best Companies for Diversity, Best Companies for Women, Best Team Cultures, Best Company Leaders, Best Companies for Engineering, Best Companies for Perks and Benefits, Best Company Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), Companies With the Best Future Outlooks and Best Paying Companies among small and midsize companies, according to employees.

Comparably's "Best Of" lists are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during the 2017 eligibility period (1/1/17? 11/17/17). There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. Comparably is a compensation, culture and career monitoring website whose mission is "to provide the most accurate and comprehensive compensation and culture data, to understand employees' true value and needs to make work better."
