RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Dec. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- New World Medical, Inc., a privately-held ophthalmic company dedicated to developing cutting-edge glaucoma medical devices intended to alleviate the suffering of patients globally, is proud to announce that they are accepting applications for the annual Humanitarian Grant and Fellowship Award through January 31st, 2018.

Building on the company's mission to preserve and enhance vision by delivering innovations to all of humanity, the New World Medical Humanitarian Grant provides $50,000 in funding each year to a non-profit or academic institution providing ophthalmic care and training in developing health systems. The award recipient will be selected based on the organization's potential to enhance global ophthalmic care.
