Best Western Plus, Cincinnati Riverfront Wins Hotelier of the Year with Beth Wuestefeld
COVINGTON, Ky., Dec. 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Commonwealth Hotels is proud to announce the Kentucky Hotel & Lodging Association (KH&LA) selected Beth Wuestefeld, General Manager of the Best Western Plus ? Cincinnati Riverfront as the 2017 Kentucky Hotelier of the Year. Beth was awarded the Garner B. Hanson Award on November 29th, 2017 at the KH&LA Stars of the Industry Awards. Each year the Kentucky Hotel & Lodging Association Present Stars of the Industry Awards to outstanding team members from Kentucky hotels who provide excellence to customers every day. They celebrate the stars in the areas of Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Food and Beverage. The nominations for these awards come directly from their peers.

The Tourism Council of Greater Cincinnati also recognized Ms. Wuestefeld a Rose Award, another hospitality award that is given each year. Ms. Wuestefeld was recognized this year by the KH&LA for her outstanding Trip Advisor Scores, her handling of a multimillion dollar renovation that her hotel underwent, and her guest recognition and interaction daily.
