Guess & Co. Corporation Names Sarah Reddy Brown Its President

Durham, North Carolina, Dec. 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guess & Co. Corporation a luxury, industrial, health care and real estate company based in Durham, North Carolina is pleased to announce that Sarah Reddy Brown, Esq. has been named President. Prior to her appointment as President, Ms. Reddy Brown was Deputy President. Additionally, she served as Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  Ms. Reddy Brown will continue to be a member of the Board of Directors, but as Deputy Chairman she now reports directly to the Chairman. As President and Chief Executive Officer, she is in charge of the day to day operations of Guess & Co. Corporation and oversees a team of senior executives that report directly to her. Ms. Reddy Brown assumed the new position from Michelle Stewart. Ms. Stewart relinquished her positions as a member of the Board of Directors, Senior Deputy Chairman and President for personal reasons. Ms. Stewart remains with Guess & Co. Corporation in a quasi-executive role as Principal and serves as a trusted adviser to the new President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Guess & Co. Corporation, Ms. Reddy Brown worked for a Charlotte, North Carolina law firm. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University and her law degree from Charlotte School of Law. Ms. Reddy Brown is a licensed lawyer admitted to practice law in the State of North Carolina.
