Cellcom Israel Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (the "Company") announced today that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") was held as planned on December 4, 2017, at which all the items on the Meeting's agenda were voted upon and duly approved by the Company's shareholders.
