SBA Deputy Administrator Connects With Veteran Owned Small Businesses on Procurement
WASHINGTON, Dec. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Deputy Administrator Althea Leslie, the second ranking official at the U.S. Small Business Administration, will be the keynote speaker on Thursday for the final day of the "Dining with Decision Makers" luncheon segment of the National Veterans Small Business Engagement. The four-day conference, hosted by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, is the VA's signature procurement event where Veteran-Owned Small Businesses are given direct access to procurement decision makers and acquisition professionals from the VA and other federal agencies, state governments, and large firms with small business needs. NVSBE continues to be the most effective way for VOSBs to build the necessary relationships to capitalize on opportunities for government contracts and subcontracting.
