Habitat for Humanity GTA's Gingerbread Build gives children the opportunity to give back in time for the holidays

TORONTO, Dec. 2, 2017 /CNW/ -

WHAT:

Hundreds of families will gather together to decorate gingerbread houses and give back to the community at Habitat for Humanity GTA's Gingerbread Build on December 2nd at Toronto City Hall. In its 15th year, Gingerbread Build brings children of all ages together to decorate gingerbread houses alongside their parents, with proceeds from kit sales going towards helping Habitat for Humanity GTA build "real" homes for families in need of safe, decent, and affordable housing.



WHEN: 

Saturday, December 2nd, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. ? 3:00 p.m.



WHERE:

The Rotunda, Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West



WHO:  

Hundreds of children and their parents and grandparents, Ene Underwood, CEO, Habitat for Humanity GTA, and volunteers, including Santa Clause!
