HOUSTON, Nov. 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- alliantgroup is proud to announce the rollout of its holiday giving initiative. Throughout the holiday season, the firm will be holding a food drive for the Houston Food Bank in support of those in need. Employees are encouraged to donate canned goods such as canned vegetables, fruits and meats and healthy non-perishable items such as whole grain pasta, quinoa and brown rice.

The food drive is just the latest in a number of philanthropic efforts that alliantgroup has participated in over the past year. The company was recently honored by the Houston Business Journal for the volunteer work of its employees and has partnered with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Ronald McDonald House and Leukemia Texas. The firm has also led various STEM education and community initiatives and was heavily involved in Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.
