Rivet Launches Growth Plan and Equity Restructure Supported by $25 Million Term Loan from Gordon Brothers Finance Company (as Agent) and Gordon Brothers


SYDNEY, Nov. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Rivet Pty Limited, the Australian transportation and logistics company announced today that it has obtained a financing package, including a term loan from Gordon Brothers Finance Company and Gordon Brothers that refinanced existing facilities and facilitated the ownership transfer and expansion of its business. Rivet CEO Mark Rowsthorn has acquired ownership of the firm, which has been in the process of restructuring. Rivet serves customers in the energy and mining sectors.
