Deloitte Becomes One of the First Organizations to Achieve AWS Life Sciences Competency Status

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte, a leader in life sciences and health care consulting services, announced today that it has achieved Amazon Web Services (AWS) Life Sciences Competency status. This designation recognizes Deloitte for its ability to build successful life sciences solutions on AWS to help customers conduct drug discovery, manage clinical trials, engage in manufacturing and distribution activities, and conduct research and development of novel genetic-based treatments and companion diagnostics.

Achieving the AWS Life Sciences Competency differentiates Deloitte as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member that has demonstrated relevant technical proficiency and proven customer success, delivering solutions successfully on AWS. To receive the designation, APN Partners must possess deep AWS knowledge and undergo an assessment of the security, performance and reliability of their solutions. In this case, Deloitte's ConvergeHEALTH family of products, coupled with being an industry-leader, was a clear differentiator.
