Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. Mourns Death of Board Member Douglas Stuve

TORONTO, Nov. 27, 2017 /CNW/ - Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSX: PTG), ("Pivot" or the "Company") today announced the passing of Douglas Murray Stuve, a valued friend and dedicated member of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Stuve was 49 years old.

Mr. Stuve became a member of Pivot's Board of Directors in 2012 and served in a similar capacity at several public and private companies. He was also a member of the advisory committees of the TSX Venture Exchange and the Alberta Stock Exchange.
