Saying good bye to John Gordon Bates
TORONTO, Nov. 17, 2017 /CNW/ - John Bates passed away on Friday, November 10th, 2017 at the age of 90; he was a board member for arrive alive DRIVE SOBER and founder of MADD Canada. His accolades and awards are extensive and include the Order of Canada and our own Lifetime Achievement Award.
Visitation is today from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Turner Porter Butler Chapel: 4933 Dundas Street West in Etobicoke.
Funeral service is Saturday November 18th at 2:30 p.m. at St. James United Church, 400 Burnamthorpe Road in Etobicoke.
