The Dynasty collection consists of five diamonds and was produced from a 179-carat unique rough diamond mined in Russian Yakutia. It is the first branded polished diamond collection for ALROSA, which was widely known only as a mining company before. The collection gives a start to a new stage in the development of ALROSA's cutting division that will actively develop polishing of extra-large and colored diamonds.

The Dynasty, the main 51.38-carat diamond, is a 57-facet traditional round brilliant-cut diamond, Triple Excellent, D, VVS1. Such characteristics occur in less than 1% of diamonds worldwide. It is the most clear large diamond ever manufactured throughout the Russian jewelry history, and it is expected to be the most valuable stone as well.

The collection started its international roadshow in September, prior to New York it visited Hong Kong and Israel. New York is the last stop of the roadshow, the demonstration for potential US clients has been taking place from November 8 at the office of Rapaport Group, the world's largest diamond trading network.

The diamonds will be auctioned individually through ALROSA online platform on November 29.

Pavel Vinikhin, CEO of DIAMONDS ALROSA, the miner's polishing division:

"We see a high level of interest from dozens of potential industry and private clients, and it gives us reasons to expect a good price. To date, ALROSA is the only diamond miner with its own polishing facilities, and we see the origin guarantee is the obvious company's advantage, as well as the exceptional quality of the stones, cut under Russian traditions and standards".

ALROSA is the world's largest rough diamonds producer. The company mines diamonds in the Northern Russia regions supplying about 28% of the global rough market.
