(NASDAQ: FTFT) ("Future FinTech" or "the Company"), a financial technology company and integrated producer of fruit-related products, today announced that it will be delaying the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (the "Form 10-Q') for the quarter ended September 30, 2017. The Company has filed an extension with the Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with Rules 12b-25(b) and 12b-25(c) for the Form 10-Q and anticipates filing the Form 10-Q on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
