LIMERICK, Pa., Nov. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Victory Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per outstanding share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about December 1, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 20, 2017. This is the first cash dividend declared by the Company on its common stock.
