First Industrial Realty Trust Declares Common Stock Dividends


CHICAGO, Nov. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR), a leading fully integrated owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that its board of directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.21 per share/unit for the quarter ending December 31, 2017 payable on January 16, 2018 to stockholders of record on December 29, 2017.
