Keith Kelly Named Lead Director of the Board of Directors for Guess & Co. Corporation

Durham, North Carolina, Oct. 31, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Guess & Co. Corporation a luxury, industrial, health care and real estate company based in Durham, North Carolina is pleased to announce that Keith Kelly has been named Lead Director of the Board of Directors. Mr. Kelly is Vice-President for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce in Charlotte, North Carolina. Prior to joining the Chamber, Mr. Kelly was District Director for U.S. Congresswoman Alma Adams and former U.S. Congressman Melvin Watt. Mr. Kelly earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science and African-American Studies from Duke University. As Lead Director, Mr. Kelly oversees the governance of the Board. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
