PSRx Advisors Completes Another Successful Data Validation Season

Since 2011, CMS (The Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services) sets regulations, contracting standards, and reporting requirements for organizations offering Medicare Part C and D benefits. Data Validation audits are a specific review process for Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs), Cost Plans, and Part D sponsors to use Data Validation checks on their reported Part C and Part D data. In order to ensure the independence of the Data Validation, MAOs, Cost Plans, and Part D sponsors will be responsible for acquiring external Data Validation resources.
