(NASDAQ:ABMD), a leading provider of breakthrough heart support and recovery technologies, announces that there are more than 30 presentations potentially featuring the Impella® line of heart pumps scheduled during the 29th Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) conference, the annual scientific symposium of the Cardiovascular Research Foundation, being held October 29 - November 2, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO.

Impella® heart pumps are enabling heart recovery for the growing population of undertreated advanced coronary artery disease patients that may benefit from complete revascularization. The Impella 2.5®, Impella CP® and Impella 5.0® are FDA-approved heart pumps used to treat heart attack patients in cardiogenic shock, and have the unique ability to enable native heart recovery, allowing patients to return home with their own heart.
