Laura Warren is recognized by Continental Who's Who


MCALLEN, Texas, Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Laura Warren is recognized by Continental Who's Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member in the field of Architecture.        

Warren's professional title is President and Principal at the Warren Group Architects, which specializes in architecture. She brings over 30 years of total career experience, as well as extensive expertise in the areas of hospital/medical research as well as architecture, to her role.

In her role, Warren has lent her expertise to several multi-million dollar architecture projects, including the expansion of McAllen International Airport, as well as the construction of the City Pharr Aquatic Center.

Warren earned her Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Building Science from Universidad Autonoma de Cd. Juarez in 1992. She also studied Architecture at the University of Mexico, and is a Certified Architect by the American Institute of Architects.

To further her professional development, Warren is a member of the American Institute of Architects; the McAllen International Rotary Club (South Rotary); the UTRGV Foundation Board; and the UTRGV International Women's Board. She is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the International Museum of Arts and Science; the Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees for McAllen Economic Development; the Executive Vice President of the McAllen Chamber of Commerce; and is an Advisory Board Member and Trustee of Quinta Mazatlan.

In recognition of her outstanding accomplishments in the field, Warren was awarded the Zanta International Woman of the Year Award, and was named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International in 2007, 2010 and 2015.

When not working, Warren volunteers her time to the Boy Scouts of America ? Troop 80 ? as an Assistant Scout Master and Committee Chair.
