Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar to Offer European Comfort Food in Mason
MASON, Ohio, Oct. 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- A new restaurant with an urban flair is set to open this fall north of Cincinnati in Mason, Ohio.
Scheduled to open its doors in November, Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar will offer European-style food paired with Cincinnati's food culture for an experience of comfortable adventure.
"Guests of Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar will be encouraged to try new foods and explore new flavors," says Aimee Saling, Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar's executive chef. "We will also offer traditional dishes, ensuring there's something on the menu for everyone to enjoy."
Saling, who was nominated as Cincinnati's best chef in 2016, brings more than 15 years of experience of creating world-class dishes.
For Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar, Saling has developed a unique menu that brings traditional European cuisine into the mainstream by combining it with New American cooking methods and techniques, all while using farm-fresh foods and locally sourced ingredients.
The seasonal menu at Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar will feature fresh and innovative presentations of high quality ingredients such as Duroc pork, sustainably harvested seafood and fresh, local produce.
The European comfort-food concept stems from Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar owner Yury Pivor, a native of Moscow, Russia.
"Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar is a place for people to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays or simply a night out with friends," says Pivor. "We're also family friendly. If guests bring their kids, we have great food options for them too."
Located at 2629 Water Park Drive in Mason, Ohio, Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar will be open Tuesdays through Sundays for dinner and bar hours.
Woodhouse Kitchen + Bar will feature a lounge area, two patios ? one of which will offer cigar and hookah smoking ? and a full bar complete with draft beer, wine, liquor and a cocktail program.
