BNBuilders Welcomes Construction Leaders to Team
SAN DIEGO, Oct. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BNBuilders is pleased to welcome three construction leaders to its Southern California team: Tom McCready, Matt Hersam, and Douglas Allen, LEED AP BD+C. The addition of these experienced managers is a result of BNBuilders' growth in Southern California. BNBuilders recently recognized a year of spectacular growth in the region; the San Diego office more than doubled its staff and grew its construction volume from $50 million to $130 million.
Tom McCready, BNBuilders' newest Senior Superintendent brings decades of experience as a leader in managing both large-scale ground-up construction projects, as well as smaller renovations. Particularly, he has extensive experience in healthcare construction, managing projects for Riverside Community Hospital, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Universal Health Services, Miller Children's Hospitals, and Shriner's Children's Hospital to name a few. He currently serves on the board for the LA/Orange County Chapter of the Lean Construction Institute.
Matt Hersam, Project Manager with BNBuilders, joins the team after building an impressive portfolio of construction experience in higher education in the Minneapolis and Midwest region. He earned his BS in Construction Management from Brigham Young University 2008, and has spent the past decade working on and managing projects ranging from $180,000 to $438 million.
Douglas Allen, LEED AP BD+C, Preconstruction Manager, earned his Bachelors in Engineering Technology, Construction Management from CSU Long Beach in 1994. He brings over two decades of experience in estimating, project management, and preconstruction management to BNBuilders.
