AXYZ International to Exhibit at METALCON 2017

BURLINGTON, Ontario, Oct. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- AXYZ International, a global leader in manufacturing CNC router and knife cutting systems, will be exhibiting its all-in-one panel fabrication solution, PANELBuilder, at METALCON 2017 (Metal Construction Products Expo) October 18-20 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

PANELBuilder, is designed exclusively for the cladding industry, which includes ACM (aluminum composite material), HPL (High Pressure Laminate) and fiber cement. This CNC router combines in an advanced, easy to use software with a custom machine design. The most recent feature to this system is its new saw blade option. This option provides users with a higher feed rate and faster through put, which translates into processing of more materials and reduction in cycle times. The PANELBuilder solution solves this challenge by enabling users to build up a library of panels by either using the built in powerful drawing package or by importing existing drawings more quickly and easily. The software then automatically generates machine toolpaths for cutting all of the panels. PANELBuilder incorporates a sophisticated nesting algorithm that can cope with both simple and complex panel geometry to reduce process times and maintain high levels of efficiency.

The diversity of PANELBuilder means users have additional options for cutting metal composite, high-pressure laminate, fiber cement, straight aluminum sheets and other materials. In addition, there are updates to the PANEL Printer and PANEL Tracker options.
