VANCOUVER, Oct. 11, 2017 /CNW/ - The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Canada's Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, and the Honourable Bruce Ralston, British Columbia's Minister of Jobs, Trade and Technology, are pleased to co-chair the 2017 Meeting of Federal, Provincial and Territorial Ministers of Innovation and Economic Development.
This meeting will build on a collaborative partnership between federal, provincial and territorial ministers of innovation and economic development. The ministers will discuss strategies to accelerate greater economic growth, create jobs and increase shared prosperity for Canadians in every province and territory.
At a concluding press conference on October 13, the ministers will highlight some of the steps they are taking to drive innovation and strengthen Canada's economy.
