Jury Finds in Favor of Federal Signal Corporation in Pittsburgh Hearing Loss Trial

OAK BROOK, Ill., Oct. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal Signal Corporation (NYSE: FSS), a leader in environmental and safety solutions, today announced that a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania jury absolved the Company from any liability in a lawsuit brought by four Pittsburgh firefighters. In reaching its verdict, the jury dismissed the firefighters' claims that the Company's siren product was defective. The jury deliberated for less than 2 hours before reaching its verdict in favor of the Company.
