Stark & Stark Announces Two Attorneys Join Nursing Home Litigation Practice
PRINCETON, N.J., Oct. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Stark & Stark announced that attorneys Sherri Warfel, a Shareholder, and Alex Fajardo, an Associate, have joined the firm's Nursing Home Litigation Group.
Sherri Warfel is a skilled litigator who has successfully tried or settled hundreds of nursing home cases during her nearly two decade career. She focuses her practice on representing victims and their families with claims of abuse, injury, or death while under the care of a nursing home or other long-term care facility. Ms. Warfel is a graduate of Rutgers Law School.
Alex Fajardo concentrates his practice on nursing home malpractice and litigation and other personal injury claims. Fluent in Spanish, he earned his J.D. from the Widener University Delaware School of Law.
