RizePoint Announces Appointment of Dan Strong as Chief Financial Officer

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- RizePoint, the leading provider of quality management software, today announced the appointment of Dan Strong as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Strong will guide the company's financial operations and strategy and help lead the company through its next phase of growth.

Strong most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Health Catalyst, a leader in healthcare analytics decision support and outcomes improvement, where he had responsibility for all aspects of the finance and accounting functions. He brings more than 20 years of finance experience with an extensive background in financial operations and planning as well as private and public capital planning and M & A.

As CFO, Strong will oversee RizePoint's finance, accounting, investor relations, internal audit, tax and treasury areas of the business.

Prior to Health Catalyst, Strong spent eight years as the Chief Financial Officer of Control4, a leading provider of automation and networking systems for homes and businesses. His responsibilities at Control4 included all aspects of finance, accounting, HR and I.T. Strong helped transition Control4 from a private, VC-backed company to a publicly traded company marked by a successful IPO in August of 2013. Previously, Strong spent five years as the Chief Financial Officer at iBAHN, the leader in hospitality networking, and 14 years at Iomega Corp as vice president of financial planning and analysis, vice president and corporate controller, and interim CFO. Strong has also held executive-level corporate finance positions at Campus Pipeline, Inc., and Pro Image Corp. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in accounting.
