"Like registered nurses, our endorsed candidates have committed themselves to fighting for those who need help the most," said MNA President Donna Kelly-Williams, who works as an obstetrical and neonatal nurse at Cambridge Hospital. "They understand the vital role nurses play in delivering safe, high-quality patient care and have pledged to support efforts to protect and improve that care."

"We are always strong when we stand together," said Donna Stern, RN at Baystate Franklin Medical Center and a member of the MNA Board of Directors. "The candidates we have endorsed embody this by standing with nurses when we fight for our patients, ourselves and our communities. We know they will bring that same courage and determination to Beacon Hill and to city and town halls across Western Massachusetts."
