This software provides dispatchers instantaneous availability of locally-developed/locally-approved responses for the full spectrum of medical, fire, and law enforcement emergencies and gives supervisors the capability to monitor dispatch actions for quality assurance purposes.

Premier Responder can be installed as a standalone application on individual dispatcher workstations and easily interfaced with an existing or emerging Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.  Smart Horizons has worked with several industry leading CAD vendors to certify their existing interfaces function seamlessly with our applications.  Smart Horizons will work directly with vendors who do not have an interface, with no increase in cost to the emergency dispatch customer.

In addition to individual workstation licenses, Smart Horizons offers an enterprise license option that allows Premier Responder to be licensed on an agency's server that is accessible by any workstation on the network, up to the number of licenses specified in the application agreement. This option allows maintenance of, and changes to, workstations to be performed without interruption of availability and facilitates configuration of workstations at backup emergency dispatch locations.
