The Best Places To Work in the Middle East will be Revealed in Early 2018

DUBAI, UAE, October 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --

An international program that certifies annually employers of choice in GCC / Middle East and provides companies with local and international HR benchmarks for the region.

The list of best employers in the Middle East aims to determine which employers stand out in their industries in offering exceptional working environments for their employees in the region. Different criteria are used in the evaluation of employers including: leadership, work environment and well-being, compensation and family benefits, vacation and time off, talent and performance management, training and skills development, and finally, community involvement. The program this year is covering UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi, Jordan, Lebanon and Iran.

In today's market, being an employer of choice is not just an asset but a necessity. Employee engagement can influence the attraction, retention and employee performance. In this perspective, the Best Place To Work certification is only granted to companies applying the highest standards of employee conditions. Each certified company can brand its status as employer of choice and communicate this to the employees, job applicants and other stakeholders and it is also an opportunity to brand its ability to offer a rewarding experience to its staff and be part of top companies in the Middle East.

This initiative organized by Best Places To Work Institute and Best Companies Group USA, which manages over 50 similar programs in the world in partnership with Businessweek - Bloomberg Middle East.
