WiLAN Subsidiary Enters into License Agreement with Mimaki

OTTAWA, Oct. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Wi-LAN Inc. ("WiLAN") today announced that the company's subsidiary, Commercial Copy Innovations Inc., and Mimaki Engineering Company Ltd. ("Mimaki") have entered into a license agreement. The license covers inkjet printing technology.

Mimaki is a global industry leader and manufacturer of wide-format inkjet printers, cutting plotters, 3D modeling machines and RIP software.

The consideration paid to WiLAN and all other terms of the agreement are confidential.
