Strike Update - Medical Laboratories of Windsor

WINDSOR, ON, Oct. 2, 2017 /CNW/ - At 12:01am this morning the unionized staff of the Medical Labs of Windsor started a strike. This strike has occurred despite the fact that we had reached a tentative agreement that was recommended by Unifor. This tentative agreement included wage increases and benefits and other improvements.

While we are disappointed that our employees chose to strike, we continue to provide services at 1428 Ouellette Suite 310 from 7:00 am ? 6:00 pm.

We want our patients to know that there will likely be some delays and to please plan accordingly.

We kindly ask that our physicians direct their patients to the main lab listed above.

We want to thank our valued health care providers and patients for their patience during this time.
