Scottie Nell Hughes, a political commentator, alleges that Charles Payne, the host of Fox Business Network's Making Money forced her to engage in sexual intercourse multiple times between 2013 and 2015.
"Ms. Hughes alleges that both Mr. Payne and Fox News retaliated against her after she came forward with her story," Shegerian says. "According to the lawsuit, Mr. Payne ended her on-air gig as a commentator, and Fox News leaked a story about the victim to a tabloid magazine."
