Back in San Diego first time in 12 years, CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2017 opens next week


SAN DIEGO, Oct. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2017, the state's largest real estate trade show, opens next week at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, Calif.  Running Oct.10-12, CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2017 offers three full days of valuable and insightful seminars, and networking opportunities for California REALTORS®.

Tuesday, Oct. 10

Tech Tuesday
Tech Tuesday offers hands-on morning sessions crafted to provide extensive detail and knowledge in different tech areas. Attendees will dive deep in learning to use Instagram and Snapchat, and learn how virtual reality is working its way into the real estate industry. In the afternoon, attendees will learn how to use videos to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Johnny Cupcakes, inventor of Johnny Cupcakes Apparel, will give a keynote speech discussing the power of social media and experiential branding. Lunch and a cocktail reception are included with the Tech Tuesday pass. (Ticketed event)

Tech Tuesday Lunch: "Growing Your Business with Shareable Content"
Jonathan Perelman, head of Digital Ventures at ICM Partners and former VP of BuzzFeed Motion Pictures, will share the tactics and mindset that propelled BuzzFeed into one of the fastest-growing cultural phenomena on the internet, being read by more than 40 million viewers a month. Four top economists/researchers will give their take on the declining trend of active listings on the market, the high costs of building, the difficulties in building high density units, and how all these affect housing affordability and homeownership in California.
