SCNATEA's Business Exchange Day returns for the 14th Edition


VAL-D'OR, QC, Sept. 27, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The Secretariat to the Cree Nation Abitibi-Temiscamingue Economic Alliance, also known as (SCNATEA) will hold the 14th edition of its Business Exchange Day, on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at the Hôtel Forestel in Val-d'Or, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Through a series of scheduled business meetings, this event will enable the Abitibi-Témiscamingue business community to meet with representatives of the Cree Nation. This event is expected to host over 250 participants with over 700 business meetings being scheduled.

In addition to the meetings and talks, the event is also an opportunity to meet the new Grand Chief of the Grand Council of the Crees Eeyou Istchee/ CNG, Dr. Abel Bosum. As Honorary Guest Speaker, he will make his first speech in Abitibi-Témiscamingue during lunchtime, to present his plan and his vision for the coming years.

Drs. Ted Moses President of SCNATEA, Mr. Pierre Corbeil, Mayor, City of Val-d'Or, Mr. Stéphane Poulin, VP of Finance and Administration at VCC General Contractor Inc. and Mr. Martin Desgagné, Interim Director of Capital Works and Services at the CNG / Capital Works and Services Department, will also be present as invited speakers for the event.
