Pathways to improving Indigenous Peoples' health: Focusing on sex and gender to improve Indigenous health


WHITEHORSE, Sept. 25, 2017 /CNW/ - Mark your calendars! This September 25-27, you are invited to Whitehorse, Yukon to take part in the third Pathways Annual Gathering co-led by CIHR and the Native Women's Association of Canada. Event participants will discuss finding new ways to improve the health of Indigenous peoples by integrating sex and gender into research.

If you can't attend, CIHR's Scientific Director Dr. Carrie Bourassa is available to discuss the event, research on Indigenous peoples' health, and the need to deliver culturally safe care.
