Hamilton Capital Announces September 2017 Distributions


TORONTO, Sept. 20, 2017 /CNW/ - Hamilton Capital Partners Inc. ("Hamilton Capital") is pleased to announce the distribution for its ETFs, the Hamilton Capital Global Bank ETF (ticker "HBG") and the Hamilton Capital Global Financials Yield ETF (ticker "HFY"), both of which trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange, for the period ended September 30, 2017.

The Hamilton Capital U.S. Mid-Cap Financials ETF (USD) (ticker "HFMU.U"), which began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on September 5, 2017, will not pay a distribution for the period ended September 30, 2017, owing to the shortened period.

The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be September 28, 2017, for all unitholders of record on September 29, 2017. The distributions will be paid in cash, or if the unitholder has enrolled in the dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP), reinvested in additional units of the ETF, on or about October 12, 2017.

Distributions for Hamilton Capital Global Bank ETF and Hamilton Capital Global Financials Yield ETF are declared and paid in Canadian dollars, including those listed under the U.S. dollar traded tickers HBG.U and HFY.U, respectively. The approximate U.S. dollar equivalent distribution rate for HBG.U is $0.0739 per unit and HFY.U is $0.1600 per unit. For unitholders who hold the U.S. dollar traded HBG.U and HFY.U, distribution payments will typically be converted to U.S. dollars by the unitholder's account holder.
