Green Brick Partners, Inc. Expands Its Unsecured Credit Facility


PLANO, TX--(Marketwired - September 06, 2017) - Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRBK) ("Green Brick") expanded its unsecured revolving line of credit from $85 million to $130 million on September 1, 2017. Green Brick expects to further expand the credit facility under the accordion feature up to $200 million.

Rick Costello, Green Brick's CFO, said, "We appreciate Flagstar Bank increasing its role as a $70 million lead lender under the facility, along with Credit Suisse AG's expansion to $25 million and Citibank's $35 million participation. In addition to the $200 million accordion feature, we have the ability to expand our secured credit facilities from $50 million to $75 million as well as the ability to borrow up to $35 million in secured debt related to possible future acquisitions."

Proceeds are expected to be used for growth capital and general corporate purposes.
