Media invitation - Groundbreaking ceremony for first phase of SOLAR UNIQUARTIER project
Key financial partners and first tenants to be revealed
BROSSARD, QC, Aug. 23, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Serge Goulet, President of Devimco Immobilier, invites the media to attend the official groundbreaking for the first phase of the SOLAR UNIQUARTIER project. The ceremony will be held on August 25 at 3:30 p.m. in Brossard, at the construction site located at the intersection of Highways 30 and 10.
As part of this announcement, Devimco will reveal its major financial partners and the first commercial tenants set to open their doors in this major development project. Original estimates valued the project at one billion dollars, however the final investment amount will also be announced that afternoon.
Mr. Gaétan Barrette, Minister of Health and Social Services and MNA for La Pinière, will be on-site, along with Mr. Paul Leduc, Mayor of the City of Brossard.
This major building project will serve residential, commercial, recreational, touristic and institutional purposes, and house a Réseau électrique métropolitain (REM) station, two hotels and a conference centre.
