Maxx Sports Technologies Ltd. (dba Maxx Sports TV) is pleased to announce that it has been chosen as Video Streaming Partner by Comcast Sports Ventures (dba "Comcast Spectacor"), subsidiary of Comcast Corporation, owner of NHL team the Philadelphia Flyers, the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, and the Flyers SkateZone

SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Maxx Sports Technologies Limited ("Maxx Sports TV") announced today that it has executed a long-term contract with Comcast-Spectacor to install and operate its proprietary multi-camera video streaming technology at all 6 Flyers SkateZone facilities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Video Streaming will be available to  amateur athletes and their families through www.maxxsports.tv, as well as to the Philadelphia Flyers through www.hockeylab.com.

Maxx Sports TV pushes up to 48 live video & audio streams from a single venue, and up to 48 simultaneous streams to each User's smartphone or tablet.  The technology permits Users to instantly toggle between each of the camera views and to create their own live replays, game highlights, and highly personalized content.

Maxx Sports TV and HockeyLab technologies were developed and incubated in cooperation with the NHL Florida Panthers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

"The younger generation of viewers want to be able to personalize their viewing experience," said Loren Greenspoon, Maxx Sports TV Vice-President of Market Development.  "Young people are moving away from the traditional linear broadcast in favor of viewing experiences affording high levels of interactivity and control.  They want to create and produce their own content just like they do through social media.  We call this, 'Extreme Personalization' and believe it's a powerful tool for amateur athletes looking to create content; and for professional sports teams looking to increase fan engagement and develop new revenue streams."

Maxx Sports TV makes its live video streams available free, but charges Users a small fee to record, archive, and download video; or to share video highlights via social media.

Maxx Sports TV mobile Apps are available in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon App Store, and the Windows App Store. The technology is also available on televisions through, FireTV and XBOX.

HockeyLab, which provides encrypted coaching video to hockey teams, is available in the Apple App and the Google Play stores.
