JWC based in the Kitchener-Waterloo region has a Cultivation Licence to produce medical cannabis under Health Canada's Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR).

With the addition of JWC, Cannabis Canada continues to increase its position as the leading organization of companies that currently hold Health Canada licences to cultivate and sell medical cannabis.

"Cannabis Canada is pleased to welcome James E. Wagner Cultivation to the Association," said Colette Rivet, Cannabis Canada's Executive Director. "With cannabis legalization on the horizon, this is obviously a very important time for the sector. Recognizing this, most cannabis companies are joining our Association very soon after receiving their licence from Health Canada. They want to be part of the united voice representing their interests with all three levels of government across the country."

"JWC is excited to be a member of the Cannabis Canada Association," said Nathan Woodworth, CEO of James E. Wagner Cultivation. "This is a unique moment in Canadian history, and it is important for companies involved in this new industry to speak together on important issues that will influence events for years to come."
