UpSnap Announces 2017 AGM Results

TORONTO, ONTARIO and THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS--(Marketwired - Aug. 10, 2017) - UpSnap Inc. (CSE:UP)(CSE:UP.CN)(CNSX:UP) ("UpSnap" or the "Company"), a leading provider of mobile advertising solutions, today announced the election of its Board of Directors from its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Shareholders, held on August 10, 2017.

Shareholders elected Bruce Howard (CEO and Director), Heather Burrer, Michael Inskip, Rance Walls and Daniel Hilton.

1. The appointment of the auditors for the ensuing year and authorization of the Corporation's board of directors to fix the remuneration of the auditors
2. The option to consolidate the share capital of the Corporation on the basis of fifty (50) existing Common Shares for one (1) new Common Share at a later date, if necessary
