The "Adoption Show" is a 15 minute program featuring 10 adoptable dogs per episode from various rescue shelters and information on how to adopt them. The show is hosted by actress Maggie Lawson, and features renowned dog trainer Victoria Stillwell, who provides tips on helping adopted dogs cope in their new home. Viewers who adopt through the "Adoption Show" receive a DOGTV goodie bag and a special adoption kit with $600 worth of product for their new pup.

"It's thrilling to see the success of the show thus far, and we're looking forward to seeing how many more adoptions the second half of season one leads to," says Ron Levi, Co-Founder and Chief Content Officer, DOGTV. "When we created the 'Adoption Show,' our top priority was to find permanent homes for as many shelter dogs as possible, and we're quickly approaching our goal. Working with local shelters has been a pleasure and to see so many dogs finding homes is what motivates us each day."

"I've been involved in animal philanthropy for years and I'm honored to host the 'Adoption Show' with DOGTV," says Maggie Lawson, "Adoption Show" host. "I'm so happy that this show has had such a positive effect not only on dogs being adopted and the rescue foundations they come from, but also the DOGTV audience. Watching the show improve the lives of so many dogs is remarkable, inspiring, and is why I'm involved in this process."

New episodes of the "Adoption Show" air every Friday through August 25 everywhere DOGTV is available including on Comcast's Xfinity On Demand, DIRECTV, RCN, Apple TV, Chromecast, Amazon FireTV, Roku, iOS, Android and DOGTV's Social Media Channels. "We found Jimmy, our little dachshund, through watching the 'Adoption Show' and he immediately won our hearts over with his energy and compassion. He loves to snuggle and uses his nose to tell you exactly where he wants to be pet," says Kaelyn Pagenkopp, DOGTV viewer. "Now Jimmy spends his time hunting lizards and rabbits around our acreage, and we are so happy we can give him the golden years he deserves."
