AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwired - June 15, 2017) - Cotton Creek Capital, a Texas-based private equity firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Nicholas A. Longtin to the investment team as an Associate.

Prior to joining Cotton Creek Capital, Mr. Longtin was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at UBS Investment Bank, the US-based investment arm of UBS AG. While at UBS, Mr. Longtin worked on financing, mergers and acquisition and initial public offering transactions for a variety of industrial companies.

Mr. Longtin earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
