TPG Reaches New Agreement with IGT Regarding Service Window Patents.

LAS VEGAS, June 5, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Tipping Point Gaming, LLC ("TPG") announced that it has entered into an amendment to a Patent License Agreement ("PLA") previously executed between the parties which now provides TPG with greater certainty around its right to practice in the emerging Service Window/Picture-In-Picture category. TPG also announced that the parties have agreed to settle all outstanding litigation and claims between them.
