Royal Bank of Canada declares dividends


TORONTO, May 25, 2017 /CNW/ - Royal Bank of Canada (RY on TSX and NYSE) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly common share dividend of 87 cents per share, payable on and after August 24, 2017, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on July 26, 2017.

The board also declared dividends for the following Non-Cumulative First Preferred Shares, payable on and after August 24, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 26, 2017.

The board also declared dividends for the following US$ Non-Cumulative First Preferred Shares.
