Mobile Edge Cares: New Initiative Continues Mobile Edge's Long-Standing Tradition of Giving Back

ANAHEIM, Calif., May 22, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobile Edge, the leading provider of stylish laptop cases, messenger bags, and backpacks for busy travelers, students, professionals, and gamers is pleased to announce the launch of "Mobile Edge Cares," a new initiative designed to help support and raise money for various charities each month through purchases made on the Mobile Edge website.

Each month, designated charities and organizations receive donations based on the sale of our Mobile Edge products via our website, providing Mobile Edge customers a unique opportunity through their purchases to support these worthwhile organizations. These charities include the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, CHOC Children's Hospital, The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and the Boomer Esiason Foundation fighting Cystic Fibrosis.

National Missing Children's Day is observed every year on May 25 as a day to remember all missing children and encourage families to make child safety a priority. For the months of May and June, Mobile Edge Cares will donate 10% of MobileEdge.com sales in support of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children^® (NCMEC) through proceeds from sales of its NCMEC^® Caring Case Collection. According to the FBI there were more than 460,000 reports of missing children made to law enforcement in the U.S. last year, and NCMEC received more than 8 million reports of suspected child sexual exploitation.
