zIT Consulting and BMC Software Resolve Patent Litigation

AUGSBURG, Germany and HOUSTON, April 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- zIT Consulting, a German-based company specializing in z-systems cost optimization, and BMC, a global leader in IT solutions for the digital enterprise, have resolved all pending patent infringement and other claims to the mutual satisfaction of both parties.

The disputed claims were pending in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and included proceedings pending before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
